Prize - The total value of all Prizes for all Daily Cash Wave Penny Tournaments during the Entry Period is £5184. The Prizes available during each Daily Cash Wave Penny Tournament are 1) £32 cash pot consisting of the following individual Prizes available at the end of each Daily Cash Wave Penny Tournament: up to £5 in cash for one top placed player, up to £4 in cash for the second placed player, up to £3 in cash for the third placed player, up to £2 in cash for further ten out of up to 13 top placed players, and 2) entry ticket to the Weekly Cash Waves Final tournament (each a “Cash Waves Final’ ticket) for each of the top 13 placed players, in accordance with the below:

The Prizes available during each Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournament are a share of £200 cash pot consisting of the following individual Prizes available at the end of each Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournament: up to £36 in cash for one top placed player, up to £24 in cash for the second placed player, up to £20 in cash for further four out of up to 12 top placed players, and up to £10 for further six out of top 12 placed players, in accordance with the below:

  1. Those members who are awarded a Prize will be notified about winning at the end of each tournament they took part in.

  2. The number of winners will depend on the number of members opting in to take part in the respective tournament at the point of the tournament registration ending, which will in turn determine the number of top placed players in each tournament who will win the Prizes.

  3. When the Prize consists of or includes tournament tickets, the following conditions will apply:   

  1. Tickets to Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournaments will be credited directly to members winning in the Daily Cash Waves Penny Tournaments. You can view the tickets in the Poker Lobby on the website under 'Tickets'. 

  1. Members may win multiple Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournament Tickets but may only use one such ticket to one Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournament. 

  1. The tickets to the Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournaments are valid for 15 days from the days they are credited. 

  1. Members may choose which Weekly Cash Waves Final Tournament to use each ticket for, as long as it is still valid in accordance with paragraph c. above. 

  1. Tournament tickets are not exchangeable for cash.

  2. When the Prize consists of or includes a share of cash pot, the exact amount of cash to be awarded to each winner will be determined at the time player registration to the relevant tournament, in which a share of cash pot was won, closes. For more information on payout amounts for each tournament, see the Poker lobby after tournament registration closes.

  3. If you are a winner, any cash will be credited immediately and, in any event, within 72 hours of winning.

  4. Poker is offered as a Linked Game and, if you hold an account with any of Gamesys UK Websites, you may be awarded tickets to each of the tournaments by any of the Gamesys UK Websites, provided that:

  1. you are a member of one or more of the other Gamesys UK Websites; and 

  1. if the ticket to the tournament was awarded as a prize it can only be used to enter a multi-table tournament on that same website. 

  1. You are only allowed to enter a multi-table tournament once across all Gamesys UK Websites. You must not make or use multiple accounts on Gamesys UK Websites (which may have different or identical usernames) for the purposes of obtaining multiple entries into any tournament, or that otherwise results in your obtaining multiple entries into any tournament or the ability to play the same tournament from different accounts simultaneously. For example, you can only play the Prize Stack or Prize Rack tournaments using the account with which you qualified for it by winning the entry ticket in the Prize Stack or Prize Rack tournaments.

  2. We will not be liable to you if you suffer loss or inconvenience because of the failures of persons or systems that we do not directly control, such as mobile phone network operators, internet service providers, software providers and telephone traffic handlers. These promotional terms and conditions do not affect the rights that are granted to you as a consumer by the law.

  3. Any member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate in this promotion. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe of this promotion; or (ii) after the timeframe of this promotion but before any prize/reward is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any prize/reward.

  4. Where we have a regulatory obligation to do so (including where we have concerns regarding the level of your gambling), we may take those actions set out in section 10.5 of the website terms and conditions. This includes excluding you from this promotion (whether you have already opted-in to the promotion or not) which may result in you no longer being eligible to win/receive any prize/reward.

  5. If you fail to comply with these promotional terms and conditions or the website terms and conditions, we will void your prize/reward and any related winnings in your member account. If you seriously breach these promotional terms and conditions or the website terms and conditions, we reserve the right to close your member account.

  6. Where your account is closed in accordance with the website terms and conditions and you have not used your prize/reward (excluding any withdrawable cash prize/reward), we will void such prize/reward (and your participation in this promotion).

  7. Your deposit balance and winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in website terms and conditions.
